MEET

THE TEAM

DAVE MARTINO

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Dave is the founder and CEO of the many entities that make up the Kaleido family of companies, including Kaleido Developments, Kaleido Capital and Kaleido Financial. These companies specialize in developing Real Estate and a variety of associated investments in Ontario.

Dave's drive to find and g row sound investment opportunities in the Real Estate Development sector has delivered successful and profitable projects for his clients and business partners, all while maintaining exceptional levels of professional customer service.

 

His vision is simple, "shaping the future through inspiration, education, and growth in the never-ending pursuit of excellence."

MATT YU

OPERATIONS MANAGER

As Operations and Marketing Manager, Matt ensures all projects are running smoothly and nothing is amiss. Along with our marketing and design team, Matt creates and oversees the creation of marketing materials for Kaleido and all other projects.

 

With a background in design, Matt strives to grow the Kaleido brand as well as improving Kaleido's processes and procedures.

On his off time, Matt enjoys all kinds of indoor and outdoor sports, or can be found in the kitchen creating some sort of culinary experiment.

CHRISTINE PARISI

OFFICE MANAGER

As Office Manager of Kaleido, Christine strives to ensure the smooth operation of the company on a day to day basis. Christine handles the daily finances and accounts/receivables for Kaleido and all of our projects.

Christine has a love for spreadsheets and a good challenge, when she's not crunching numbers Christine can usually be found playing with her cat, or out hiking with her family!

SURINDER BRIAANA

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Surinder has spent the last 10+ years working in various customer service and front office type roles, gaining valuable experience developing and nurturing client relationships.

As the Office Administrator, Surinder ensures the office is running smoothly every day and keeps everything everything in it's place.

Surinder is a proud mother of two soccer crazy teenage boys, a devoted wife, and blessed daughter to her family.

RINO AVERSA

PROJECT MANAGER

A York University graduate, Rino has worked in the Real Estate industry for 7 years, and brings experience as both the owner of a hardware store, and the owner of a drain and waterproofing company.

As Project Manager at Kaleido, Rino ensures all projects big or small gets completed within schedule. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and trades, Rino keeps our construction sites running smoothly.

In his off time, Rino is an avid golfer and is currently perfecting his beer recipe!

VANESSA MARTINO

POST SALES MANAGER

Vanessa's passion is to help those in need. As Post Sales Manager, Vanessa strives to maintain a high level of customer service, and to quickly and effectively assist purchasers with any questions or concerns.

As the certified Tarion representative at Kaleido, Vanessa ensures every home we complete achieves the level of standard that purchasers expect and we at Kaleido strives to maintain.

Vanessa is passionate about giving back to her community and has been and continues to be engaged in philanthropic initiatives around the GTA.
